In accordance with article 54 of the Law of Science 9/2022, of 21 December, the Directors of CERCA Centres are not considered senior officials for the purposes of Law 13/2005, of 27 December, on the regime of incompatibilities of senior officials in the service of the Generalitat. In this sense, it is considered that the management team is not subject to the transparency obligations foreseen in Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance for senior officials in the service of the Generalitat.
