We understand by Senior Officer and Manager, in accordance with Law 19/2014, dated December 29, covering transparency, access to public information and good governance, that which is established by the regulatory law of the regime of incompatibilities for Senior staff at the service of the Generalitat. In the entities of the public sector, according to article 2 of Law 13/2005, dated December 27, it refers to the presidents, general manager, executive directors, managers etc., provided they receive fixed and periodic remuneration equal or greater than what is established for the position of director of the Administration of the Generalitat.

According to the law 13/2005, senior IDIBGI officials are not included in the law of incompatibilities.
