The whistle-blowing channel is a tool that we place at your disposal so that you can inform us of any irregularity that you may have detected within IDIBGI and which may be susceptible of being a law infringement.
The report can be made anonymously.
The IDIBGI Compliance Committee is the competent body for managing and investigating the complaints received. This committee will in all cases guarantee the confidentiality of the information, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and the prohibition of reprisals.

The creation of this document arises from the need to have a plan of anti-fraud measures as an entity executing actions financed by funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. However, the same will also apply to the rest of the entity's actions, regardless of the origin of the funds.
