Do you want to participate in a Phase III study of a new COVID-19 vaccine? The HIPRA sponsor is looking for volunteers who have received one or two doses of one of the following licensed vaccines: Comirnaty (Pfizer), Spikevax (Moderna), Vaxevria (AstraZeneca), Janssen (Janssen) or combined, against COVID-19 at least 3 months ago, to study an investigational new vaccine it is developing against COVID-19. If you have had Covid-19 for one month or more, you can still participate in the study.
Volunteers will receive a booster dose of the new investigational vaccine and will be followed for safety and response (immunity).
Once the authorization is received from the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) to start the trial (expected by the end of January), we will contact you to tell you about the Phase in detail.
The figure of the volunteer is key in any medical research. With your voluntary gesture, we can move forward with a project as ambitious as the development of a vaccine against Covid-19.
