The Pàdel Estany club is organising a charity paddle tennis tournament to raise funds for research at the Dr. Josep Trueta Biomedical Research Institute of Girona (IDIBGI). The sporting and charity event will be held on the weekend of 15 and 16 June at its facilities in Porqueres.

The funds raised will be used to improve the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of cardio-respiratory diseases, which can have a major impact on patients' quality of life.

At the same time, there will also be a charity raffle with a t-shirt and a Girona FC shirt signed by the players, among other things.
